Modern Sun Capital is an experienced real estate group that develops, owns and manages modern villas and holiday rental properties. We co-invest in every project and work with banks and financial institutions for the long term.
Our core strategy is to build and hold modern villas that perform as strong holiday rentals. Selected homes are built for sale, and we make strategic acquisitions, including condos, for holiday rental income or resale at a profit.
Each project combines our own capital with construction, acquisition or term financing. We manage delivery in-house and report clearly at every drawdown stage.
Completed villas and acquired condos are run as managed holiday rentals. We sell when market conditions are right.
Barbados and the wider Caribbean. We welcome conversations with lenders in the Caribbean, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Latin America.
